Castell Project, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit, provides hospitality companies tools and support to accelerate development of their high-potential women, the greatest source of future industry leaders. Castell Project delivers impactful and structured leadership development and on-going training and networking opportunities. With Georgia State University, its academic partner, Castell Project develops metrics to improve program performance and brings innovative research on diversity to the hospitality industry. Castell Project actively seeks sponsors, champions and program participants.
