We can accelerate the advancement of high-potential women in hospitality leadership with training, advocacy, and a support network. Castell Leadership Program does this with an impactful package including an intensive seminar, web-based training, WILL cohort support, 360-evaluation, and individual coaching.

Castell Project, Inc.

Castell Project, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit, provides hospitality companies tools and support to accelerate development of their high-potential women, the greatest source of future industry leaders. Castell Project delivers impactful and structured leadership development and on-going training and networking opportunities. With Georgia State University, its academic partner, Castell Project develops metrics to improve program performance and brings innovative research on diversity to the hospitality industry. Castell Project actively seeks sponsors, champions and program participants.

The Survey on Hospitality Women’s Professional Advancement is Castell’s current study of women’s perceptions of their careers.

Castell Project’s Conference Scorecard tracks representation of women – and challenges conferences to improve diversity.

Castell Project’s Executive Tracker reports on representation of women in hospitality industry leadership.

Castell Leadership Program is continually improved using a longitudinal study of the performance of program participants as they pursue their careers.
